Located near the interstate exit, behind two gas stations. The area around the corner looks a little sketchy with people hanging out late at night. So I'm not exactly sure how safe the area is. Despite that, our stay was fine. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean. The air conditioning unit was loud but worked well. Dove care products, hair dryer, mini fridge and microwave were provided, along with breakfast in the morning. There's also a pool, two desktops without a designated business work room, and spacious dining area on the main floor. It was nice and quiet during our stay, so that was another plus.
While the entrance is set back from the road, this hotel is a great experience overall. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was excellent. I stayed in a King Suite with huge jet tub, and I was not disappointed! The room was very clean, and even the jets to the tub were well maintained. The bed was awesome, with both firm and soft pillows provided . Breakfast was delicious with TONS of options, including pancakes made right in front of you, two kinds of sausage and fresh ground coffee on demand. I would absolutely stay again!
Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, had huge microwave fridge, and great breakfast. Pool is not heated but the sun in tracy is in the 90's hence gets warmer otherwise you can use the heated jacuzzi next to it. Business centre is available, great parking n security.
Not a five star hotel, but really nice for us everyday people. Clean rooms, quick check in and out. Staff is very helpful and quickly took care of any requests. Beds were comfortable and control of AC or heat worked quickly and fairly quietly. Would recommend.
As a Traveling Doula NCS (serving families worldwide), this is my home away from home hotel whenever I'm in town to visit family. I've been here sooo many times since early 2024 that the staff knows me well, my parents (who've also been guests here a few times), and now my sibling (who also just stayed here for the first time) too. After my travels, it's always wonderful to check-in with Sofia, checkout with Oralia and to see the lovely staff in the mornings (especially Claudia) at breakfast (which is always well stocked, clean, tidy, and delicious). The rooms are large, clean, and the beds are comfy. Love the shower pressure and water temperature. Even though you can hear the white noise of the freeway, I appreciate the close proximity to it and to my family's house - plus I travel with and use a white noise machine so I'm good to go. If you're considering staying here, I highly recommend it!!!
For me, it was an outstanding stay. Everything was top shelf. Quiet, peaceful, easy access, clean spacious rooms, friendly personnel n a breakfast equal to if not better than some breakfast serving establishments.
⸻ Had a great stay—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Receptionist Sofia was amazing, super helpful and friendly. Best receptionist ever . Only downside was the breakfast, which was honestly terrible. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Clean, nice size rooms. Towels are okay, big but not that soft. Service was pleasant.
